Configure Your System

Every surgeon operates differently. Choose the components that fit your workflow — your configuration will be included with your contact request.

Step 01

System Type

Wireless System
Most Common

Wireless

Full freedom of movement in or out of the OR. Transceiver and battery worn on a belt. Supports hot-swap batteries — no interruption to recording. Best for most procedures up to 3 hours.

Tethered Setup

Tethered

Surgeon wears only the lightweight headset. A 3 m cable connects to a pole-mounted transceiver powered by the wall. No battery management — unlimited recording time. Ideal for long procedures.

Step 02

Storage Cart

Optional
CinVivo Storage Cart

Add Storage Cart

Mobile station that houses and charges the hubstation and accessories. Moves easily between OR suites.

Mobile System

System ships in its Nanuk case — compact and portable. No cart needed.

Step 03

Headset Style

Horizontal Headset
Most Popular

Horizontal

Standard headband — leaves the back of the head clear. Preferred by surgeons with ponytails or longer hair.

Sagittal Headset

Sagittal

Rear support strap improves weight balance. Ideal if front-heaviness is a concern during long procedures.

Step 04

Camera Mount

C-Mount
Standard

C-Mount

Firm fixed mount with excellent stability. Recommended for most surgeons.

80-Degree Mount

80° Mount

Designed for surgeons wearing 80° loupes. Angles the camera forward to match the steeper loupe viewing angle.

Linkage Mount

Linkage Mount

Articulating mount for fully custom positioning. Most flexible placement, slightly less rigid.

Step 05

Camera Module

All modules use the same 4K HDR sensor. Focal length determines your field of view. Three interchangeable headlight lenses (17 cm, 20 cm, and 26 cm spot diameter) are included with every system.

7.5mm Camera Module

7.5 mm — Wide

Broadest field of view. Best for orthopedics, trauma, and open procedures where wide surgical coverage matters.

9.6mm Camera Module
Most Popular

9.6 mm — Standard

Used by 80% of CinVivo surgeons. Excellent balance of coverage and detail for most surgical specialties.

15.8mm Camera Module

15.8 mm — Narrow

Highest magnification. Ideal for hand surgery, pediatric surgery, and neurosurgery where fine detail in a small field matters.

Step 06

Additional Headset

Optional

No Additional Headset

One headset covers most workflows. The system supports one active headset at a time.

Add a Second Headset

Useful for teaching environments — configure a second headset with a different camera for a resident or assistant.
